Decent price around 1.3k in TH baht during weekend. I booked via 3rd party site. Location is between Maya shopping mall and Central festival Chiangmai on a highway road.

It is a service apartment alike hotel, we ran out of choices during g the New year travel surge. I did not find the hotel clean ( or maybe my standard of cleaners is different from others...). The elevator floor lacks regular cleaning, dust/dirt marks on the floor. The hallway is dark and light sense is not working well. The room is spacious and the bed is okay for comfort, but the fridge is loud and the bathroom is designed in a very ackward way that the shower door clashes with the bathroom door everytime it is in use. And the worse of all is the shower, either very hot water or cold water, you are not able to blend the water temperature at all.... Not recommended, better find some other nice hostels in CM town instead of here.

The location is really good, if you need place with the all time free parking zone. The Apartment already old, not good maintained. We stayed on the 4 th floor, and the view was nice, but the sound isolation is terrible )))) you will hear your neighbors and they will hear you as well.

Been living here for over a year now since I moved to Chiang Mai. The service is exceptional, the staff and management are very friendly and always try to be accommodating. There is a weekly housekeeping service included in the rate. The location is very central, it’s right on the superhighway road and very close to Maya Mall and Nimman, with restaurants, a pharmacy and Mini Big C downstairs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and chic. It definitely makes you feel at home.
