It is an average hotel, location is not bad, a little better than sleeping in the street!

the reseption was very rude. she didn't help us about check_out and get extra money. the room was ok but they didn't give us extra slippers. there is no elevator. the smell of smoke bothers us. there isn't anyone to help us to carry suitcases we carry them on our own to 4th floor and also the breakfast was very poor. I don't recommed there for any one.

Better to find another place The main pros are the following - metro station Ulubatly is 5 mins walk, tram T1 (to the main Old City places) is 5 mins walk, the price, clean rooms. That's it. No coffee at the hotel, a breakfast is very very poor, no soups, no fruits. Only tea, some bread, boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, several types of cheese and olives, some jams. No answer to the question where the coffee is.... strange, each hotel in my mind had a coffee for the quests. Even with no cleaning requests somebody was in my room, because I closed the door with 2 turns, now its closed with one. Not good. Too loud with this basketball place just in front of the main entrance. Children are very loud. Non-comfortable sleepers, no feet towel to get out from the shower. TV remote controller does not work properly, especially volume down. Control is only from remote.Only turk channels, no English, no Russian. Nothing to watch. No paper strip on sanitary, I don't know was it cleaned properly. Wifi constantly turns off, every 5 mins you must to make a connection. Linen is clean, pillow is not comfortable, but at least they provided a war blanket. The bed is wide and nice to sleep. A hair dryer is not comfortable, you must all the time keep your finger on the button to make it work. It's nice they have a small fridge in the room. No drinks of course or bar or something. Only one bottle of water on checking. No info on hotel services in the room. And the biggest minus - they have no elevator! Its 4 floor hotel with no lift.
