Excellent location right next to kuromon market, very convenient to walk from there to Shinsaibashi and Namba, prime time saving location in terms of saving travel time, also lots of convenience stores around it and a few late night places, open til 2-3am. Counter staff was extremely helpful in looking after luggage, calling taxi, answering questions, and spoke very good English. Rooms were nice for the price, only concern was that the shower head had only strong shower mode or mist mode, no rain mode, so please wear a helmet while showering

Hotel room is a little bit smal. I forgot to take photo but it was clean, just has a little bit noise outside but not frequently. Staffs are friendly but watter bottles here are only free for 2 first one. Can buy more groceries at nearby 7-Eleven. Place is convenient to go around with nearby local market and MRT, can walk to Dontobori which took around 10 mins.

This place has very strange rules. To clean your room, need to leave the key card with the front desk. You are only given one key card. The front door locks after 11pm. So if you want your room clean and come back to the hotel after 11pm, then not possible without getting the keycard earlier in the day. There is no safe in the room. Not much counter space in the room.

Aside of the location there are no good sides to this hotel. One card per 2 guests. Tiny thin pillows, the room smelled funky, and everything looked extremely dingy. I enjoyed my window view... Which was just looking at someone else's room window 3 feet away. So obviously I had to have my curtains closed the entire time for privacy reasons. Is it normal that the plugs arent grounded in the room? Weird shower without a shower curtain, and the showerhead holder is pointed at the wall, so if you want to shower you need to hold the shower handle the entire time. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Toothpaste (and other questionable) stains on the bathroom walls from previous tenants. Yuck.
