Centrally located with lovely staff and amazing services provided. Rooms are clean. I got a room without windows (already mentioned at the time of booking) which was the only problem as there was no ventilation. Rest all was superb. Members of the staff took good care of us and even provided us with vegan food options. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Also, it's budget friendly.

Rooms are small with no hot water provided. Beds are comfortable however noisy when moving. Also walls are not obviously properly isolated as one can hear voices from neighbours. Breakfast rather poor, very little to choose from. No option to have a shower after check out. Staff are friendly and do maximum they can for customers and together with good location this hotel has nothing much to offer.

Affordable hotel in city center. Location is perfect with walking distance to Japanese street, water bus station or Opera house. Room is clean, bed is comfort, smart TV but it would be better if has a mini fridge for cold drink. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good enough to start your day without needing to go out for it. They have a small coffee shop outside lobby so you can meet up your friend easily.

As a frequent traveller this is to be the worse experience of my life. We checked in the front counter staff named Ryan and was drunk and under some other influence. It took him 20 minutes to process the checkin and had to be constantly shaken from the other staff to get his thoughts together and on top of that forget to give us our key to the room. This was so and unprofessional and unacceptable. The following morning we went down for breakfast and i mentioned this behaviour and like most things they ignored it. On returning to our room we noticed our room had been cleaned by house keeping I found this odd as to why it was cleaned so early. We took a flight to Đà Nẵng and when we checked in to the new hotel we realised some of our clothing items had been stolen by house keeping at La Opera I rang the hotel straight away and they ignored my complaint and she was so rude about it. I highly recommend not to stay here.
