Front desk staff are amazing and very very helpful. Useful top tips, updates on public transport, they booked our taxi to airport as well. The room was clean and tidy, cleaned each day and updated with fresh towels. Our room was a triple room and was a good size. The bathroom had a big walk in shower, the bathroom looked fairly new and up to date. Cold and hot water worked perfectly fine. The location was spot on, very close to bars, cafes, restaurants and the Cadet metro station. Loved the Opera area, think its my favourite! Breakfast was continental and we paid to have breakfast included, this was great as it was enough to get us set up for our full day out. Would stay here again. Easy to find and I loved the opening windows/doors with the balcony looking out into the street. Also air con was a blessing in the room! Had it down to 19°C so it was chilled as it was very hot in Paris. Wifi worked for all of us without a single glitch. Stayed a week here and thought it was overall a great stay.

Very average accommodation. Very pokey rooms with a constant noise of the metro rumbling through the whole building & ambulance & police could be heard all night. And the elevator fits one person & one luggage. So you have to keep going up & down several times to finally get all your luggage together in one room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, unless you enjoy being woken up all night.

The staff are very knowledgeable and they don't hesitate to share their knowledge and experience with you. Thanks to Aghipes and Philippe for sharing very helpful information about Paris during my visit! The great location, close to Metro and most of the attractions in Paris. Rooms are very clean however very small. Noise level was little high from the people in the corridor.

We showed up early and they were very nice and helped us store baggage. The rooms are typical Paris super tiny. The shower cabin was so small you could barely turn around in it. But what always ticks me off is when these hotels say they have AC and if you stood up a monkey in the corner with a paper fan it would work better. Our room never got below 23 degrees with the AC on max. It didn’t even blow. I went to speak with the front desk person but he was so busy chain smoking behind the desk that you knew he was not interested in trying to find a solution. Go somewhere else when in Paris.

SUPER small rooms. I have bruises on my arms and legs from the small bathroom. My husband couldn't even fit into the shower. We are caucasian (white), South Africans. The reception told us that they don't cater for "rugby size" men from Africa. We had 3 x rooms in the hotel. No one could shower properly. If you bend down to wash your feet or turn or lift your arm, you bump the tap and close the water. This was really ridiculous!
