VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! i book from agoda for 2 adults + 1 child with 1 double bed + 1 single bed…to make payment at the hotel…then suddenly they said the room for 1 single bed only then want to take extra charge for another 2 person with very very expensive charge…

İt's so bad hotel, the pics at google map is so different than the reality, the rooms has bad smell , the ferintu is old , the receiption at night duty os laying , when we wanted to have our iftar they said it's not allowed but the next day at morning they were preparing the breakfast.

We entered the hotel on the evening of June 13 with a tour of 70 people. Since the hotel's restaurant capacity was low for dinner, 35 of us ate at the hotel opposite, and although we were not very satisfied, we were satisfied. The elevator was incredibly slow and we had to go up three people at a time. We waited in line for the elevator to go up to our room, which took a little long considering we were 70 people. There was 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the room. One of the single beds was officially provided for children, so we did not have to use that bed since there were 3 of us staying there. There was no place to put soap, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. As someone who wears glasses, I sat on the floor and looked for shampoo. There was a bug, which was not small at all, in the toilet at night, and the thought of whether there were bugs in other places made us uneasy. Even though the breakfast was not as good as it was, it still filled our stomachs. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.
