Stayed here for Two days and one night. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We drove here and it was nice to have free parking right outside the hotel. The deluxe room is small but clean and great for the price point. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C was cold. The location is also really convenient. We were able to get hot and delicious food from the hotel restaurant delivered to our room! I do wish there was a little more storage space in the room overall and the cold A/C was felt in the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this place and would return for another stay!

The rooms are small but nicely appointed. All the rooms are the same size, however the configuration matters. We got a room that was laid out nicely. Comfortable bed, nice linen, good quiet AC, nice shower, smart TV, mini fridge, clean modern very nice for the price. Good parking. We Recommend this hotel

Food -10/10 Hospitality- 10/10 Rooms - 10/10 Location - 10/10 in the center of everything(airport, night markets, halal restaurants, tourist attractions and more). 2 improvements can be made - 1. Woukd be good to add a gym. 2.Would be good to inspect everything in the room before handing it over as a mirror light wasn't working and water was leaking in the toilet.they fixed both in short time upon bringing it up which was much appreciated

First impressions were a very warm welcoming from members of staff. After we've got our key cards one of the staff then lead us way to the room and shown us how the smart light control was and where to fine everything in the room without asking which is excellent for me. Note, when they gave us the card, the coupon for 20% off to use in the café. The room itself looks exactly like the picture on the website. Unfortunately, I had to call the reception quickly afterwards as I saw a famous snall lizard in the room. The staffs came quickly and sorted the problem out professionally which I'm so impressed. The café area is very present to sit and relax the full price of products can be a bit deer but with hotel vouchers it's reasonable. The breakfast is limited but all delicious and the main menus are changing every day. The location is quiet but not too isolated so, very peaceful. Overall, I'm highly recommended this hotel to a small group of friends, couples, or loners who would like to stay for a holiday in Chiangmai. Hopefully this review will help you with your decision.

I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I've visited Cafe de Lebis multiple times, located just in front of the hotel's main entrance. The staff there is incredibly friendly, and I've always enjoyed their excellent coffee and delightful beverages. The cafe boasts a lovely garden area, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. Interestingly, this charming cafe seems to be a hidden gem, as it doesn't appear on Google Maps. When you plan to visit, just look for Lebis Hotel – you won't be disappointed!
