I loved staying at this hotel! Very close by to many restaurants, shops, attractions, basically anything you need. The room I stayed in was very nice and was perfect for my three weeks I was in Chiang Mai, the food and drink at the cafe downstairs is so good! All the workers are super helpful, welcoming, and nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Hotel is very close to many attractions, in walking distance to shops, great food spots, cafes, massage spots, and many more. Great place to walk around and explore and very safe area. The hotel staff is super friendly and very accommodating to guests. I'd stay here for my next trip to Chiang Mai :)

I loved my stay here!!! I was here for twenty-one days and was mainly here to rest. On the days I stayed in, it was super comfy! I ordered room service pad thai and tom yum, and mm mm mm it was delicious. If you don’t have it at least once, you’re crazy! Sometimes it was a bit sweeter than usual but on most days, the pad thai hit. They also clean the rooms everyday! The beds were always made when I got back, fresh and clean towels and floor mat everyday, toilet paper was always restocked when it looked low, so I did not ever need to call room service and request anything. It isn’t the best 5 star Hilton experience or anything of that sort, but it was good enough. The location of the hotel is also just great!!! So many great things to eat nearby and so much to explore. Also, if you can learn Moon Muang soi jet, it is super easy to get back to the hotel via taxi, tuktuk, or red truck. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower, and rest.

Be very aware what type of room you are booking!!! They have many different types of rooms and additionally only one building is renovated and looks like in the fancy pictures. That room is great, but the rest is unfortunately quite old and used. The general cleanliness could be improved especially of the swimming pool. Cleanliness of the old type of rooms was also not the best. If you can afford and it’s available, upgrade to the new building - it’s sooo worth it! The hotel has strange rules and in case of breaking them you will be fined e.g. you cannot take food out of breakfast, you cannot stain towels, you cannot hang your stuff on railings. The location is okay - very close to the main road but it doesn’t get noisy from it. Breakfast is basic but completely enough. The staff was friendly and helpful.
