I don’t think it worth as 5 star hotel! Can’t sleep well with the bad condition bed mattress. The mattress is too soft till you can feel the spring touching the back bones and caused me lower back pain after one night sleeping. This also caused low sleeping quality to me!

Went in January. Place had pungent mustard smell in lobby. Not sure how this claims to be 5 star…There were way too many tacky Christmas decorations and bad decor to be considered 5 star. Receptionist did not speak English. They could not find my reservation which took 30 min to sort out, at which point they required me to wait another hour and a half while they cleaned the room despite the fact that resort was COMPLETELY empty and should already have clean rooms ready to go. Location also isolated. Overall just an extremely depressing vibe with lacking customer service so after I ultimately decided to leave after 2 hours of waiting.

Le Blue kusadasi Resort fell short of our expectations during our stay, and I would rate it more as a 3-star rather than a 5-star establishment. There were several issues that left us disappointed. Negatives: Upon arrival, we were given only one key for our room, which made it inconvenient for both my partner and me to access the room independently. When we requested a second key, we were told they had run out for the day, which was quite unusual for a supposed 5-star resort. This lack of key access coordination lowered our perception of the resort. Despite our reservation specifying one double bed and one queen bed, we were given two double beds during check-in. When we requested a queen bed, they suggested we push the two double beds together, which was an unexpected and comical solution. We were disheartened to witness cleaning personnel using room towels for cleaning the stairs, which we found to be unhygienic and unpleasant. The resort itself appeared quite dated, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, with a noticeable sag in the center. The quality of the food was mediocre, leaving no lasting impression, and their wine selection was akin to the cheapest cooking wine available in the market. Positives: The saving grace of our stay was the polite and helpful staff. In conclusion, while Le Bleu Kusadasi Resort may offer tempting prices, it's essential to remember that you "get what you pay for." Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay at this resort again.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is good and location is nice to explore Kusadasi. Has its own little beach area, or you can walk to nearby Ladies Beach. Takes 15 mins by bus into the town centre where there is loads to explore. Hotel is a bit dated and needs modernising, but value is exceptional and it is very clean and you will be looked after and on the all inclusive, you won’t go hungry, so much variety and different things throughout the whole day. The included Ala carte restaurant meal is superb. Don’t let negative reviews put you off. The spa and hamam deserve a mention, very good service and left me feeling completely refreshed. Kids loved it, been to Turkey four times and this is the whole family’s favourite place so far.

It is not a 5 or 4 star hotel in Turkey’s standard. The food is really terrible and you can find better food in many small hotels. A good example for dinner is chicken liver. I am not expecting meat but chicken liver is beyond my imagination. Wifi speed is not enough even in very low season and I can not imagine the speed of wifi in the high season. The pillows are made of very rare materials even you cannot find in hostels. All towels and linens are very old - I heard they are planning to renew them. Staff is really nice and the best part of the hotel is the stuff. One of the best team I have seen. I dont see any big issue about cleanness of the room and the hotel, but they should care environment and ask for changing the towels/linens every day. Even I have asked to not to change, they changed my towel/beddings. I never seen reserving 70% of seats for the groups in the open buffet restaurant and ask for all other individual guests to sit to far points of the restaurant. You should not come to here as an individual guest. You may not find a place to have dinner in high season. (I have visited this hotel in November-December) If you want a quiet and peaceful corner in Kusadası and dont care the service you can visit this resort/hotel.
