The overnight stay in this hotel was very bad. We had specially booked the junior suite. Unfortunately, this suite is located next to a bar and an Irish pub. The noise on the street was unbearable until 05:00 in the morning. The windows were unfortunately not very well insulated against this noise. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. It was mainly young Arabs and people with an obvious migration background who made this terrible noise on the streets. They roared their engines in their swanky AMGs and honked their horns constantly. To our disappointment, the suite wasn't particularly clean either. The couch was covered in stains and there were some long black hairs in the compartment with fresh towels. The communal areas (stairwells and lift cabins) were also not particularly inviting and very dirty. Unfortunately, this hotel stay was far from a relaxing break from everyday life for us...

Lovely hotel and stayed for a work conference, also located within the hotel. Rooms quite basic, just like a Premier Inn. Disappointed not to have a Iron in the room, otherwise no issues. Staff where great and attentive. Huge conference space. Located centrally and good options of bars outside the restaurant.

Location was perfect. Shower was brilliant. TV in the mirror. Excellent feature. Unfortunately the pillows and the bed let's it down. Although for ease and simplicity I would stay again. Just bring a pillow

This is a hotel for singles or a very young couple. NOT for infants (stroller) or disabled people!! It’s impossible to enter the hotel without going up 10 stairs which makes it simply not accessible. The rooms themselves are badly designed, the shower doesn’t have a door, so the water simply spills all over the floor and the light is “smart” which means that if your partner goes to wash his hands during the night (let’s say after the toilet) you can’t turn off the light! You have to wait for like 5 minutes before it turns off. Who designed this?! Who thought it’s a good idea. The AC is always on, impossible to turn off.
