The hotel was very conveniently located next to the metro which made sight-seeing a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable (P.S. room was bed-bug free during our stay which is an important consideration considering the current situation with those critters). But the highlight of the stay had to be the staff which were so pleasant and helpful. Special call-out to Quentin who made our check-in so pleasant despite the room being delayed slightly. He was kind enough to chat with us and to give us complimentary drinks at the hotel bar as the room was being prepared. Epitome of the perfect service.

Our stay could not have been better. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything. The staff is beyond compare in caring for their guests. Patrick Gainnier, went above and beyond, so it is easy to see why the rest of the staff is so wonderful. Our junior suite was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Special thanks to Leo in the bar who educated us on the various specialties and made delicious drinks.

Well located hotel but very old and run down. We were given a room with broken cabinets and on request they changed the room but it was nothing better. The bed was comfortable but the toilet seat was too high for comfort, the curtains wouldn't shut properly, was worried that they would fall off if pulled hard. For the amount charged there was nothing exceptional in the hotel. Full marks to the concierge for good service and the excellent breakfast were the only highlight of the stay.
