It's a good hotel well located but the double Deluxe room is really not worth it. For a higher price, you don't get the breakfast. The difference between the double Deluxe and the double Comfort is supposedly a bathtub and some higher amenities. However, the bathtub is not always included in the room and I had absolutely no amenities (apart from towels I had no bathrobe and no slippers).

Worst hotel experience in my life. Staff filled with lies, got locked out our room, submitted a serious complaint. Completely dismissed and they told booking.com they had resolved the complaint when I have all the evidence that they haven’t. They’ve hung up on me besides me being extremely patient, raised complaint immediately after my trip in November and now in January they’re still being completely unhelpful. The rooms are not nice either and be prepared for housekeeping and maintenance to just let themselves into your room at any time. Do yourself a favour and book a different hotel, there’s plenty to choose from.

Excellent hotel! Elegant and well-equipped rooms. The bed is very big and very comfortable. The service was great and welcoming, and every request we had was answered. The lady at the reception helped us a lot with orientation in the city and with advice that would help us during our stay. The breakfast was very varied and at convenient hours. It is highly recommended!

I am only giving two star under rooms, because I felt like the only good thing about this room was the bed and at first sight cozy. Yes, the bed was extremely comfortable, but the isolation, the noises coming from the rooms next door, from the housekeepers cleaning, neighbours smashing doors, talking on the phone, noises from the street, the bar in front of the hotel and so on… basically if you want a good nights sleep, this is definitely not for you. The staff was kind and the breakfast was fine.
