We really appreciate the accessibility to the city center. We love rich breakfasts with a variety of choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about the room service. Unfortunately, the situation with parking is worse, although the hotel has two garages, but there is a "first come, first served" system. Thank you very much for taking care of us. Room sizes vary in this hotel, this time it was a good sized room. Car parking is very limited with tiny spaces and only a couple of Disabled spaces - there should be more of these given the tiny amount of room to open car doors and they should be enforced. The only disabled space when we arrived was occupied by a car Without a badge ! Also very expensive to park 22e !

Overall excellent stay. We did ask to swap rms as the original rm we booked was a little on the small side but it was a little upsetting to be sent to a room which had been booked for sometime for 3 adult guests + only enough bed space for 2. The 3rd bed was not even in the room. So the room was changed to a executive rm which was great. Only problem we found it had no phone to contact reception when we ran out of toilet paper early on Sunday morning !
