Very friendly staff, nice interior and attention to me made my stay great. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Service is good - staff were responsive and always available for any needs. The women who served us spoke English and we had no problem. Even the next day of our stay, they advised us how to make our day even more colorful. The rooms are ideal in terms of price/quality. Recommended.

Excellent! 10/10 Very comfort, clean hotel and friendly personnel. Room have all what I need ( hair dryer , soup for bathroom, towels) and very clean room everyday. Also close to centres and have a lot of bus stations. Thank you very much, I'm happy.

We arrived late at the hotel and we knew from the phone a price and there we find another one! We took the room without seeing it. In the room, when we entered the smell from the bathroom came suddently and hard ans we tried to resist, but after 15 minute we gave up and went to the reception. We ask to change the room or to have the money back! The lady from there ( Ioana Stoian)was like the first time (as she was doing us a favour not as an employee of the location) told us smiling that it is not possible. We ask her to come and see if she can stay in the smell from the room and she told us that she will come when she will be able to. When she finally came she told us that it is normal in Bucharest, don’t we have this at home and the air conditioner could not work if you have left the room ( she told us), so inside smelling was even worse and the hot overwhelmed. After long discussions at a high level she accepted changing the room. The coffee from the machine in the morning was poor and not drinkable even the price was not low,. So, it was an awful experience because of this emplyee, lady from reception… pity the room was ok!
