Great Location, friendly receptionist. Room is good but the shower curtain was moldy. Cheap.

A tidy room, bedframe strong and quiet, clean mattress, comforter and pillow a neat bathroom no moldy, quick hot water, 5 min Hbf and U-bahn, big space for 2 Rimowa 86 L, big desk, super value cost, perfect breakfast fee 10€! ***earplug、tissue、slippers, hanger self-prepare.***

Good location nearby train station and busses, it was clean, a smal bathroom(don't take a shower in this room the moister couldnt get away) very heary hotel, accept from that was ok

They charged me twice. I paid online and they had me pay again at the hotel. They said it the first time was just a guarantee. When I checked my bank I found out I was charged twice. I had to wait 2 days for the manager to get my money back. If I was staying for just a day or two I would be stuck. The staff is okay but they don’t speak English. I don’t understand what kind of hotel doesn’t have one person who speaks English. The noise isolation is horrible. I could hear everything that was happening in the floor. Rooms away!

We stayed two nights. One on our way through Dusseldorf and once on our way back. I shouldn't had booked the way back in advance and I tried to unbook it a couple of days ahead but they don't let you unbook without paying the whole cost, so we decided to bite the bullet and stay there another night. The rooms are old and creepy, the paintings on the walls are falling apart, the beds are like concrete blocks and the toilets lacks locks, have silverfishes, moss and old pipes sticking out of the walls. You can hear everything that happens in the hotel since walls are paper thin. At least the receptionist is nice.
