Very very nice. Very clean and functional beautiful designed. Smart System. Beds are arranged so that there are no overlaps, lockers are arranged, and there is a spacious space. You can feel the thoughtfulness of the design to eliminate stress such as noise, space, and consideration for others as much as possible. I used several times and I would like to next.

The place is great. Room is very spacious (well depends on the room you get as there are dormitory type rooms aswell). We got the family room with 4 single beds. About 400m to the subway entrance. Lots of small restaurants around and a 24 grocery around 200m away. Place is clean and quiet. Gave 3 stars for service not because they are bad but because it is a self service type hotel which has its pros and cons. Would stay again.

Clear English instructions in on the door & and entrance, but the email they sent about the code are only in Japanese. Self check in & out. We stayed at the room for 4 with 2 bunk beds. Clean room & sleek decor, including a handheld vacuum. The comforters were too hot for summer even with low aircon on. The rather tall bed frames are good to prevent little kids from falling out but not quite convenient for adults to get out. Separate ensuite shower & toilet. The blind doesn't block the morning sun much, so it's not good if you prefer to sleep in. The 3rd floor common area has 2 microwaves & a sink but no fridge & no cups or utensils.
