Best place to stay for many reasons. The location is so strategical - near attractions like Otori Park and TV Tower, right in the middle of the shopping district, next to some of the best restaurants Sapporo is known for, and the nightlife is just a block away. It's also about 100m+ from the direct bus to New Chitose Airport. The room, though quite compact, is comfortable, good bed, equipped with all amenities, and amazingly clean. The service is also excellent. Very helpful and accommodative. Even has a unique KNOT coins for each night of stay which could be redeemed for food and drinks. Love this place. Highly recommended.

Had a smooth check-in and check-out experience! Loved the modern vibes of the hotel and the excellent location, minutes away from the subway and main attractions/ shopping streets. Rooms were very clean.

Stayed at Standard Queen Room with City & Tram View, could be a bit noisy from the road for those light sleeper. Self control temperature in room. Direct access from Pole Town so you can stay underground and avoid the cold snowy weather. You will be given coins for afternoon treats. Breakfast is excellent.
