Quite frankly one of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely impossible to find, dirty & smelly. Not even staff around to help you ( You have to online check in at a kiosk ). I arrived after 48hrs of travelling to come into the loudest drilling coming from above, you could not even hear yourself think. I had booked another 2 nights but after the first I left and found other accommodation as could not return here. To note if you are a backpacker, every guest seems to be living there full time… not great for meeting people especially if you’re solo. The only thing good about it is the location.

No hot water in the shower and no attempt to fix it. The safe also didn't work. The fridge show cold but inside it's not cooling. It's quite easy to hear doors opening and closing so not much privacy. Check in is a bit difficult and you need to find the email they send after booking. Location is good and close to Metro

Nice budget stay with breathtaking view at the balcony. Location wise is veery convenient, mtr station is within 5 minutes walk. It is equipped with lift so you can be assured to have your luggage and yourself arriving with the help of 2 lifts.

The location is easy to get to. I took an Airport Express into Hong Kong and then took the free shuttle bus H3 to The Excelsior which is one street away from here. Locating the unit wasn't as tough as I feared, though after going up, I had some issues with my booking as my change in dates didn't get updated at their end. No fault of theirs. The capsules were roomy for the concept and had great little creature comforts. There’s a safe, foldable table, points for charging, options to tweak light settings, air ventilation - it’s all makes the space less cramped. Because it is essentially a shell, the pod frame can creak a little when I turn in bed at night. The whole unit is cleanly separated into two with one section for the ladies. The main area has a kitchenette facing large generous windows at the end, and the main shower unit hidden behind a mirrored door. Very nice, very clean and great shower space with a rain shower, though there's only one so do be considerate and don't hog it! The surrounding area has plenty of 24-hour amenities too so you can always go down and get your supplies if need be. Everything is automated so it’s great on one hand but lacking a certain warmth at times. Great job overall!
