In the past two years, I have stayed in dozens of 5-star hotels in different countries, and I must responsibly say that this one might be the worst. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on from around 5 in the morning until after 11 at night, making a very loud noise, and the worst part is that there is no way to turn it off. Yes, you read it correctly—there is no switch to turn off the exhaust fan. On two nights during our 4 nights stay, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain, which was nauseating and strong.

Far away for a 5 stars hotel. We didn’t have in the room shower gel, conditioner and we received it only after 2 calls in the reception!! For a 5 stars hotel I expected to find a robe, body milk at minimum. The spa access costs 30 euro/person. The clima system is very noisy. Parking 36 euro/day.

This is a very cool and nice hotel which let you have an excellent experience of staying by the river of Florence and at the same time being near to the heart of the city!! The room was small but very cleverly designed!! The staff is very kind and helpful!! The breakfast included almost everything and all are delicious!! Ask for Luca to serve you, best guy !!
