I feel like get scammed by this Hotel. They did not release the money I paid when I check in until I call them. And the service was terrible. The people from front desk seems has no motivation to work and the cleaning system just did not work. The location was exactly by the station and the room was bit outdated Just knowing this Hotel belong to Hyatt not at all having a good hotel standard

Awesome hotel right next to the train station in Antwerp. Rooms are spacious with fantastic city views. Breakfast was good, though could use a few more vegan options. Staff were super friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Unique experience where everything that had to do whit payment was stupidly intricate! Your not able to put anything on your room number. Everything had to be paid at the point. Then it took 25min to check out because the staff had made a mistake and needed that amount of time to realize that it was there fault. I have never experienced anything like it! On top of that I hade to ask for refill of the shower gel 2 days in a row since it was empty when I arrive, The breakfast is expensive and do NOT put up the modern standard and the price, The rooms and interior is quite worn out and the restaurant is NOT worth a visit!

The luxurious room assigned to me was a masterpiece of comfort and elegance.
