Great location, minutes from the metro. Walking distance to all the sites and Christmas markets. Easy base for day trips, we visited Ghent. Warm, clean, cosy room. We stayed for 3 nights and got used to the layout of the room. Loved the underfloor heating in bathroom. Small balcony you can step out on & watch the streets below. Nice complimentary drinks and nibbles in the evenings, good vibe on Saturday night when we arrived. Receptionist with dark hair really friendly.

Awesome location in the heart of Antwerp. Close by everything you need to see. The standard room is good enough for one night , a little bit noisy. Breakfast is at a normal level what you can expect. Overall I can recommend this establishment.

Rooms are never 4 star. Same as a travelodge. One electric wall heater in the room..no heating in bathroom and bare concrete ceiling. Staff good and free drinks were nice..but disappointed overall. We booked a deluxe room...very basic . Location saved it from a one star review.

Its a great and modern hotel, almost in the centre of Antwerp. Rooms are quit small, but everything you need is present. Fun fact, the toilet and shower is visable from inside youre room (its all glass, with some cover on it). Breakfast is fine, Coffee is great! The lobby and breakfast room are nice and modern. You even can get free drinks and some snacks betwee 17:00 and... XX:XX hours in the lobby. No parking space available, put a parking garage is just around the corner. There you can stad for around 24 euro's per 24 hours. We had a great stay at this hotel.
