Really cute place in an immediate access to main attractions, and touristic places to go to in Venice. The stuff was professional and helpful, we could leave the baggage after the check-out time in the hotel, room and bathroom are clean, you get the vibe on Italy and you can hear the singing on the gondolas literally under your window (not disturbing in the very morning or night, just perfect, romantic moment you can catch). Thank you for the experience!

Very cozy hotel. The room was tiny but comfortable and clean. There is a boat station a minute from the hotel. It takes you to and from the railway station. Don't walk like we did. No breakfast but you can eat anywhere.

Excellent hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to answer all the tourist questions The room are huge, clean and tidy. Thought it is not far from tourist spot, but it is very quite at night that allow us have a wonderful sleep. The water transportation station is not far from hotel very accessible from airport.

One day before arriving at the property we got an email with the steps on how to reach the property. There was a code to access the main gate and with that, we entered the hotel. There was no one but there was an envelope at the desk to assist us with how to enter our room. It was too good and very helpful. We love the way and appreciate the effort the owner put to make the check-in seamless, even remotely. The property was good and neat and clean. It was a nice stay.
