Lovely hotel. Great service. Big hotel rooms with big bathrooms and balconies. The hotel is spread out over 3 buildings, 2 lead to a swimming pool and private beach and the other has smaller swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic with a good variety of fresh foods. The hotel location is good, plenty of shops and a food market in the area. It is not far from Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Specially for Indians I booked villa for my family and hotel is too far from beach road. There is no pick up and drop off facility available. There is no Indian food available to an extent that their breakfast buffet has very limited options which according to me is not worth the price. The property is divided in two parts. When asked for a superior villa, their staff has no options. Also, the pictures shown of the property on third party aggregators and even their own site is very different. The pictures shown of villa does not match. It gives you a view of nice relaxing villa with bog rooms, garden and amazing soothing infrastructure but it is actually just a big room with 2 beds.

Room, breakfast, location on the beach perfect ... but it happens we came to this hotel as it has an access to the beach and swimming pool... however we cannot use these facilities ... firstly the hotel had to prepare a wedding party on the beach yesterday so no sunbeds were available on the beach side of the property. Today the hotel plans to have new years eve party and instead of having an option to rest at the pool or the beach as this is a purpose of our holiday ... there are tables everywhere and a huge scene.... I guess they won't be able to clean that funny stuff by tomorrow... so another day of not using hotel facilities. Avoid if you can as they are only interested in taking massive money for something that is not worth it ... New years eve party 5000 baht per person ...
