Amazing staff, Vusal and Nitzat thank you for your kindness and hospitality, I will never forget my stay here, it was a blast,maybe some issues with the details of renovation of the place was visible but the people who work there can solve any of your problems, thanks a lot,ps for next visitors don't see the negative comments from weird people, this is a good hotel for spend your time in Istanbul

Amazing place with lovely staff ...helpful and they did every thing they can to make us comfortable ..daily cleaning with low price laundry ..the tarac was great .. Jacuziiii was perfect

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assisting with any issues I had. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly appreciated the plush bedding and clean sheets. The location of the hotel was also perfect for the activities I had planned during my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Five stars all around!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and easy to access, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, and I felt completely at home. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. It was a great value for the price, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area

One of the worst hotels ever! We were given the wrong room for 3 days, then moved to a suite in which EVERYTHING was broken, jacuzzi, lighting, curtains, even air-conditioning! Housekeeping doesn't clean very well, our keycard was malfunctioning multiple times, staff unavailable. Btw, don't use the elevator too much. Thing gets stuck once in a while. Avoid the hotel at all cost!
