Loved this hotel as a family of 4. Pools were great, warm and clean, plenty of loungers. The pool bar near the apartments were our favourite with the older bar man. He was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. We never used our roof terrace so not sure why we paid extra... so if you are considering it don't bother. The location is ideal but those with motability issues will struggle due to the many hills and steps throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the food although our teenage children didn't. 5 minute walk to maccies though so they were pleased.

Everything is great with this hotel. Location is perfect, enclosed by commercial area a d restraunts. Right next to the beach. The restraunt was great! Food was awesome and price was reasonable. We get very large room with a roof. Its very romantic to gaze at the stars in the quiet night on the sun beds. Will definitely visit again!

arrived at hotel and checked in, entered room and found the following issues no toilet roll tv wouldn't work balcony was filthy as there was building work going on (no one told us) used the tap in the bathroom and water all over the floor informed reception straight away regarding dirty balcony tv and toilet roll and the gentleman on reception gave me one roll , begrudgingly , very arrogant ! he said someone would come and look at the tv , and said it needed replacing so no tv for night 1 , a cleaner did come and clean balcony . next morning we where woken by drilling and grinding at 8am , with builders working directly outside our room, no one told us of this or we wouldn't have booked. the balcony was now not usable due to the debris . I Informed reception and he said there where no more rooms and he could do nothing. I requested to see the manager and was told not possible he's on holiday , so that was that . to summarise tv never worked , water leak kept leaking , and building works both mornings . I requested a refund and was told not possible by the arrogant Spanish gentleman . later that day someone different was on reception and she said send an email which I did with videos, photos and all details , 1 week later no response my advise stay away from this place !!!

Probably one of the worst hotel in Tenerife. They don’t clean your room even if you ask them to do so, and even if they did “clean” the room she didn’t do anything except put the dirty towels from the floor back up and didn’t change them to new ones. They did not take trash, did not make the bed and then the worst thing about it when we came again to ask for cleaning the reception girl was very upset, angry and rude and blamed us for not saying something earlier.

We had the wedding it the hotel in the Lounge 360 rooftop terrace. First of all I would like to say big thanks to Juan Manuell from the Margerita’s bar. He was very helpful and prepare whole event, he had no problem with anything. Resort itself is very nice with many pools, green and terraces. You can see some inadequances in the rooms, like cleaning could be better, non-leaking sink, broken shower in the privat rooftop terrace, missing towels in the room or non-functional TV. Food (half board) was great about our opinion. Also staff was kind and polite. Very good Good price/performance ratio.
