Just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. The food was brilliant and really varied. Everything in the hotel is presented beautifully. There is plenty of nice family friendly space and very easy access to the beach. Special mention must go to the incredible crepe maker/artist, who worked hard to delight countless children with his creations during our stay! We also really enjoyed the special food put on for New Year’s Eve. Thank you for a fab week. We will be back!

Overall a fantastic stay! Food was delicious with lots of choice. All the staff were incredible but Daniel from the restaurant was particularly awesome! He does the best sangria!! Alex from the entertainment team was also a stand out star! The only thing I would change about the hotel is the rooms are basic and could do with a bit of updating. A coffee machine would be good too.

This hotel is close to the airport and has excellent access for wheelchairs and buggies. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly an arrival. The room was very clean and staff cleaning service was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning and soft blankets provided in the room. We were all inclusive, the meals were superb and very varied. Vegan friendly meals were available. All the staff in every area were brilliant. It was a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend to others. There were English TV channels for the odd occasion we watched it in our room. Sadly the evening entertainment for adults was lacking. The prestige area is charged per day and is very expensive but gives you access to the roof area and some other areas around the hotel, but we were happy with the areas that were available without the additional cost. It is a child friendly hotel that provides entertainment for children. The main areas were beautifully decorated with Christmas themes.

Well located hotel, with excellent facilities; 4 pools, kids club, quiet corners, bar, stage... The list goes on... Surely can be read on the hotel website.Our 3rd time here; we do half board, breakfast and dinner are excellent; breakfast is the same (wide selection every day), dinner has some standard core elements (steak, chips, pizza, pasta...), but in addition there is a specific 'theme' every night (Italian, Spanish, Asian, fish... One excellent item, worth noting, is Eidel at the pancake cooking station - making custom pancakes for kids and adults alike; my son got a super Real Madrid logo :-) Location is super for a walk in the evening; all the nightlife one could ask inside if 5 minutes. One improvement point I could offer would be waiting life for the elevator... Rooms are fine. Nothing special, but with such facilities, how much time do you need to spend in the room??

Really nice hotel. Food is excellent. If you like busy places with Irish and Scottish bars, then this is a place for you. For cycling, it's excellent 👌. Great location. Rooms are spotless. There is a fridge and filtered water is freely available on each floor. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You can lend a kettle from reception but bring your own tea bags 🤣
