We are all-inclusive, and very happy with our stay. The staff are helpful and polite and always willing to help you. The range of food available across the 3 restaurants is excellent and the garden areas surrounding the 3 outdoor pools are very well maintained. Our experience at this hotel has been excellent.

We have had a great stay with you, thank you. The staff have been exemplary, the rooms pretty good but we would have loved a kettle. The coffee in general was not good, I’m sorry. The worst aspect of my stay has been the coffee- unable to make in my own room and poor quality from the Nescafé machines. The service at dinner and breakfast has been amazing, the choice of food really satisfactory. The music was repeated every night and somber. I’d perhaps recommend varying the music and making it a little more optimistic. The spacious foyer, brilliant pools (including an Infinity pool and amazing kids pool with flumes!), the helpful staff and the great bar are positives. Esau and his colleagues have been exceptional, thank you all very much. The staff deserve recognition for their commitment to providing a great experience for guests. Thank you very much.

Just finished a great holiday here. The hotel is superbly located, nestled beside the idyllic La Caleta. Finding this tiny enclave was a highlight for us. It is very quaint, beautifully set and food and bars are very good quality, a must visit. The hotel itself is clean and functional, and the staff are very helpful and polite. If you're rule conscious, you will need to take the odd count to 10, but all in all, it was a fantastic stay and we will be back for sure. We did half board and we were more than happy with that as you can swap evenings for lunch (would recommend as lunch really good) if you want to explore the locality. The food is good, variety excellent but a tad confusing at times and consistency could be an issues as some night it was off the charts and other just good. That could be a taste thing in fairness. There is a lovely playa bar, and around the corner is another beach bar, which is excellent for watching the sun go down. If you are thinking of booking here, go for it, we didn't have any smallies, but we hardly knew kids were in residence. Great for walking also, promenade is several ks long. Thank you, H10, for another great stay!!!

This year we’ve decided to start fresh with a vacation, after a long and busy 2023. We chose H10 Costa Adeje because it’s located in South of the island and it’s always sunnier. I love the location of this hotel as it is on a coast and somehow far from the crowded and super touristy area. So we had a bit of both worlds, super sunny, but also very relaxing and quiet. I enjoyed our room, super cozy at the 5th floor with a great view to the garden and the sunset. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunset every night before dinner. Their main restaurant was also great, it has both indoor and outdoor space and the food was delicious, with dishes for every taste, for breakfast and also for dinner. I have also enjoyed spending time by their pools and lounge areas. They have a special place for kids and also a more chill area for adults, with a great view to the ocean and an infinity pool. I always recommend Tenerife for the cold season and now I also recommend H10 Costa Adeje as the perfect accommodation for the Winter holidays.

This suppose to be one of the “Privilege“ rooms no 663 at high price. Totally outdated water damage repaired, furniture damage left smelly and sticky surface in contact with towels. Maintenance not up to an acceptable standard and rooms are in outdated state. Hotel location is great food good staff friendly. Pools are nice. Nice walk along the promenade. Privilege Outdoor area and pool are excellent.
