This my third trip to Addis Ababa, lucy guest house location is great in the heart of the city and bole airport is just around 15 mins walk from here. Staff and the owner are helpfull freindly and make your stay at Lucy something you want to have again and again . They comunicate in english , arabic my mother tongue very well . Room is fine and clean and bathroom as well , price is reasnoable giving the great location . Hot water available throughout the day but only with shower . I recommend it for any one with budget plan you will not regret it

Generally Lucy guest house is a place where you can feel like your at home. The stuffs are so friendly and easy to communicate with and the location is near to the airport so that makes most things easy. The rooms are so clean and nit. My stay was for a month but next time I come to Ethiopia am definitely going stay there and I suggest to everyone to take a look.👍👍👍

I spent a night in order to get to airport the next morning The toilet was blocked and flush was not working Toilet paper was wet and dried before I got there and wasn't given a new one considering I didn't know if it had fallen in the bowl On first appearances it seems it was worth £19 for the night but as I settled in I found the TV didn't work no WiFi to order food was dehydrated after a long travel no offer of water The infestation of bugs and mosquitoes kept me awake Management was no where to be seen when I was leaving I wouldn't recommend this as a guest house more of a hostel and the charge should reflect that and if I can get half of my money back I would as nothing offered on line was available to me And if you are wondering why my review is less favourable than most it's about what you are use too

If you pay with card they will charge you 10usd more. Great and safety place. Good hot shower, the rooms are nice and clean. The stuff is very friendly. Breakfast is good too. Be careful with the area here are some pickpocket/robber. Also from the stuff told me to be very careful when you walk around. 15-20 min walking to airport. With taxi 150birr to the airport.
