This hotle is in the middle of bole best for English speaker/ tourists and staffs omg they care so much and always make sure I’m good with also giving me privacy at the same time I came to hotel cuz it was a really good price and they don’t charge you more if your a tourist that’s a pro and everyone here can speck English anywho this hotel felt like home to me i would order food at 3am and staffs always made sure I was feed no matter the time the hotel is really good for everyone and the rooms are so nice!!! Everything is a 5/5 for me and definitely coming back here

I had a wonderful experience at Sowirad Hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the staff was amazing and very welcoming. The buffet in the morning was good and had variety and also their food. Definitely will recommend it to my family and friends.

For the price we paid the service was unacceptable. We changed room twice. All the rooms we stayed, the TV don't work. WiFi was good. Bed was comfortably, however the bed sheets had stains, it has been washed. In general cleanness of the bathroom can be improved a little better. Staff should check all facilities are in working order before the guests are in the room. Breakfast not impressive at all, different buffets every day, no constancy. Breakfast menu should be simple and consistence. Often no one at the breakfast room to serve the gustes. Menu should also be available for orders. Our complaints had been listened by the member of staffs on duty, and promised it will be passed to management, however I have serious doubts. I have a felling it will be ignored. One particular member of staff have a strong body small, personal hygiene should be a serious issues in the hotel as you are meeting gustes. Building work was very impressive but regular maintance needed. Location of the hotel is very good. We may consider to stay again the hotel if those issues were improved. Hope you don't take this as negative, it is just my honest observation. Good luck and all the best.

I stayed at SHOWAIRD hotel, for 3 nights, The rooms are really nice with all the amenities, this hotel is very close to the airport and they also have the shuttle service on call. Their breakfast is good and the service is amazing. Talking about service, the staff is so friendly, loving and amazing. Specially Mukarak and Gemachis. They help with taxi, pick up from airport and also with the food. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
