The true meaning of an elegant boutique hotel. Impeccable service (Lorenzo is a fantastic host), beautiful and tasteful rooms with diptyque amenities, and attention to detail throught out our stay. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful small hotel right in the heart of Cannaregio. The rooms are very good, the breakfast is excellent, the staff and service are incredibly friendly. Total recommendation. We will definitely come again.

PERFECTION. I compared so many hotels and researched for months. My choice paid off. Absoultely beautiful romantic place in a stunning location. Amazing wine bars and restaurants on the doorstep and close enough to tourist spots to visit but away enough to feel in a peaceful retreat. Breakfasts in the garden overlooking canal were just stupendous. Literally felt we were in heaven. We are already planning our next trip. Water taxi from and to airport was amazing also.

This is an amazing hotel! The design is unique, luxurious and amazing. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is really friendly and are there for your every need. The location is perfect, the famous sightseeing spots are just in walking distance. And at night it is quiet in the neighborhood. The breakfast is worth its money. Exuberant and you won't leave hungry. All with all a perfect stay for a get-away!

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. We were considering other options, such as the Gritti Palace, and we can’t be happier about our choice. Madama retreat is a truly hidden gem. Once you close the doors, you are in a private magical garden overlooking a canal. You’re not a tourist, you become part of an elevated Venetian life. The rooms are nothing short of exquisite, with every small detail considered. They’ve gone far and beyond to complete a once in a lifetime experience for every guest. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the main spots in Venice but at the same time in a real neighborhood, where you can see children going to school every morning. Lastly, the attention the staff provide is so warm they make you feel you want to stay there forever.
