We stayed here as part of our honeymoon earlier this year and were made to feel very welcome for our whole stay. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was the best that we had for our whole stay in Italy. The room was clean and looked fantastic too. The only reason it wasn't a full 5 stars for the room is that the drains in the bathroom smelt quite unpleasant whenever we used the sink or the shower, and whenever the room next to us used their shower, it was very noisy in our room. Fortunately, it never happened late at night so it wasn't a big problem! Would highly recommend this for a good priced stay in Venice, right by the edge, and also right by a waterbus and the main train station. Within less than a minute of leaving our room, we were crossing a bridge straight into the heart of Venice. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Reasonable hotel for a reasonable price. Pros: Great location, right by the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the price was a nice bonus. Great air con. Compared to hotels around it was a good price. Cons: Our bathroom had a very smelly drain, one of the towels was dirty on arrival, and the toilet seat was broken.

Great location and costumers service, totally recommend this hotel, 5 min walk from the Florence train station, tours gathering place and local trams lined. Super convenient. 8 mins walking to every major attraction in Florence. 5 Stars for us!
