Awesome staff. Comfortable and affordable rooms. There's lots of places to eat close by. It is a little hard to park if you're pulling a trailer, otherwise a nice place. Pet friendly was definitely a plus!!!

There are some issues with the place, but it's all the tenants that make it that way. The staff does all they can. And they are very professional, especially with all the people they have to deal with. It's a decent place to stay for the price. I love that I don't have to worry about my Amazon packages getting stolen either that's a big plus for me. Plus they moved me rooms when the heater in my room started making a weird smell so that was cool.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite. However, the rooms were disgusting. Used bars of soap and broken nails were found in the shower upon arrival. The smoke detector was removed from the room. The sheets were stained and the hallways reeked of weed. I honestly do not believe the rooms were cleaned prior to our stay. We had three rooms for a military obligation and all were the same.

This experience was not at all what I was expecting. To begin with, there was no silverware or coffee machines in the room. I've stayed in hotel rooms across the world and this is the first time I've never been given a coffee machine. When I inquired at the front desk why an extended stay wouldn't provide silverware (you know to actually accommodate an ``extended stay''), the reply I received was the issue was that occupants were placing the dirty silverware underneath the clean silverware and this was apparently confusing housekeeping so the silverware in the rooms aren't clean. This answer is so problematic that I was mostly shocked to hear this is the reasoning that silverware is not provided in the rooms. The hotel reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. When I got into my room (which to the staff's credit was mostly clean), the room smelled terrible and the shower/tub material at the bottom of it was peeling. On top of this, when I showered on the first day the water wasn't draining, which is pretty much par for the course. On the second day, I was so grossed out by the room and ready to leave, I deferred my shower until I got home on my flight later that day.

I’m a long term resident at this location, I moved to Las Vegas on short notice with no where to stay and thankfully I found this hotel. It provides all the comforts of home, full kitchen, full size fridge, stove, dishes, etc; everything you would need for a long or short stay. It’s only a short distance from the strip with lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. And I have been extremely pleased with the customer service I receive here, the manager Bruce and his staff go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. I definitely recommend.
