We come to Baden-Baden quite often, as we love the city and the surroundings, and this hotel is our favourite one. We tried others (Aqua Aurelia is also amazing, no complaints neither), but this was the first one we tried and we loved it from the start, so we already stayed here a few times already. We always feel great here, the staff is so professional whilst being welcoming, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, the bathroom products of awesome quality, and the breakfast buffet is to die for (and it's open until 11h30, which is rare nowadays. The first time we were here it was until 12h00, but since they also serve lunches there, I believe they changed the time schedule). Also, there's a huge parking lot nearby and you're just a few steps away from the casino, the city centre and the beautiful walk by the river. It's a wonderful hotel and it always sparks joy coming back here ❤️

We had an excellent stay here! The hotel is very nice and immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable as well. Location was perfect, right across the street from the Casino and allows quick access to the all the top attractions in Baden Baden. Even with the outdoor concert happening at the casino during our stay our room was completely silent. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast here is an incredible buffet and should not be missed.

This is an awesome hotel in a great location in a great town! The rooms are lovely, with great AC in summer months. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel spa was terrific, and we had it all to ourselves! Don't miss this hotel if you come to Baden-Baden (and you should come to Baden-Baden!).

A beautiful luxury hotel in the lovely (yet expensive) town of Baden Baden. Everything is top quality from the comfortable and spacious room, through the perfectly temperatured pool, to the varied, fresh breakfast. The service was friendly and efficient as well. The only suggestion we have would be to offer better quality coffee in such a high-end establishment, but this does not diminish in any way our enjoyment of staying here.
