A very nice older hotel with character. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room we had was excellent. The one thing is they do not supply coffee making facilities in the room - although they provided a kettle when my wife requested one. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. A good selection of options at breakfast. The location is about 20 minutes from the station but right in the middle of the old town and very close to all the main attractions.

Beautiful historic hotel. Lovely bedrooms but lacking air-conditioning. Rooms had large opening patio windows over looking the Main Street. If I came again I would request a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden to cut out the noise, especially when it’s warm and you want the windows open with there being no air-conditioning. Fabulous location right in the centre close to all the local amenities & restaurants which is useful as the hotel does not have one - but breakfast options at the hotel were excellent as is the large outdoor patio area. The hotel has its own secure parking which was useful when touring on a motorcycle. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a very good central location. You could easily reach different restaurants and shops. Rooms pros: relatively clean, spacious, and bright. Rooms cons: Not good cleaning. A lot of dust under the commode. Also, the commode was not securely installed. So it could fall on kids once it will be pushed a little. For the relatively big price, the windows were in the inner yard. The additional bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too used. The bathroom had not very good ventilation so you could smell what was prepared in the kitchen. Also, drainage is poorly montaged. Once you wash something in the sink it comes back from drainage. Breakfast: very unhealthy food and food looks like it is not fresh. Old glass pialas were proposed. Some of them had cracked edges. Would not recommend this hotel for family stays. This hotel has 3 stars for accommodation and one star is got just for its central location.
