It is adequate. My room had a window to nowhere. So could not see if it was daylight or dark or sunny or raining. I wish hotels would push people to best rooms when not full. Why not? Hotel had rooms available, but gave me a poor one. Smelled like sewage. Hotel had bikes to use, but never informed me of that. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Location is excellent.

Ok room, although window opened onto the public breakfast area. Good breakfast, perfect location for exploring. But this stay was made special by the excellent welcome and care given by the reception staff. Everything was possible and trouble free. Thank you very much Din

They also offer tours and you can negotiate the price. I did a full day tour, which composed of hostel pickup, dropoff, slow boat ride, pak ou caves, whiskey village, and kuang xi falls. Our tour guide, Pong, was absolutely lovely and was happy to answer our (many) questions. They have many other tour options, and I definitely felt like it was worth it. The boat ride is long but boy is it gorgeous. Well worth the experience, although you can do all this much much more cheaply, I just wanted someone to explain things to me and answer questions. He also took us to see the dragon boat race afterwards, which was pretty cool! And we got some pictures with the elephant during lunch, so that was also a surprise bonus that we did not expect!
