Very nice hotel with large rooms in an excellent price. The hotel’s staff are very friendly and caring and make you feel comfortable all the time. Good breakfast, and a Very good location.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It’s situated in a very nice area that is not too busy but still close to the most important attractions in Paris. The rooms were even bigger than expected and the staff was helpful and kind. The possibility to go swimming in the pool was highly appreciated, especially since it had great length. Overall, it was a great trip!

Would have been a full five star review but we had an unfortunate experience with laundry services. As is with most families on a trip, we had to do some laundry while we were here. Not much, all of the clothes when returned and folded fit into two tiny boxes…. Out of 32 items in total, 14 of those items were pairs of socks, and a handful of simple t-shirts. So, you can imagine my shock and disbelief when I received a 800 euro ($1,000) bill for laundry services only to voice my concern to the front desk staff to receive the response that “I should check the prices before using hotel laundry services”. How very compassionate… It is true that the prices were on a laundry list. Yet I couldn’t imagine they were going to charge me 9 euros or $10 per pair of socks to wash. And Hanes undershirts, brand new, come in a Walmart bag of 3 shirts for $15… I couldn’t imagine that when I sent these simple undershirts to be laundered that they were going to charge me 25 euros a piece to launder them. I figured there would be some sort of kindness and discretion used when they realized 80% of our laundry was t-shirts and socks, not Dior… nice hotel, nice staff, fairly good location, but this kind of a “Gotchya” is very frustrating upon checkout when you realize you could have thrown all of your clothes for the entire family in the trash and just bought brand new clothes every week instead. How sickening is that? It takes you from having a great experience to feeling like you have been greatly taken advantage of. Had the charges been reasonable, say a couple hundred euros at most, I wouldn’t have leave this hotel feeling extorted…

If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything was spectacular. The staff was beyond helpful and made us feel right at home. We were there for 10 days in a prestige suite and loved every minute. I wish I could remember everyone’s name to thank them personally. Special thanks to the gentleman with the secret perfume. We arrived to find champagne in our room. Nothing beats champagne after 15 hours of travel!!! Honestly it pains me to see anyone leave a review that isn’t glowing. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. The sweet house keeping lady that blows kisses. The gracious gentleman at the door as you arrive. Truly truly exceptional service. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so very magical ♥️♥️♥️♥️
