Excellence in hospitality. Spent 2 nights during summer and were pleasantly surprised. Despite the fact that the hotel is not brand new, the design elements remain quite timeless and all the hardware in the room was in perfect condition. Bedding was of the highest quality as well as bathroom. Entry-level room was quite spacious and well designed with a separate walk-in closet, a work area, a sitting area, separate bathroom (shower and bathtub) and bed area. We ordered room service and it was truly excellent. Food was delivered within 20 minutes and breakfast in particular was truly stellar (the french toast was a big hit, and the sample of bircher a nice detail). 100% satisfied with the service and overall experience.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I visited the Bar two times. I really enjoyed there. Drinks, food, desserts and the atmosphere has the same quality with the other Mandarin Hotels. Hospitality of Mr. Julien Clemens was amazing. He took care of us very well. Showed me restaurants of hotel, told me about the city, brought a map and showed the details! I really appriciate to him.

Great services and staff. In a good location, It's close to the markets and shopping area and to the river. And the rooms are a good size and have AC and they provide a hose for the toilet as well. However, I would recommend visiting Geneva during the winter season because it’s hard to walk around in the summer heat.

From the warm welcome and exquisite restaurant to the beautiful rooms and breathtaking views, everything is perfect. The hotel's exceptional hospitality surpasses expectations, and I must give a special mention to all the employees. I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding stay.
