We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable! We had a large room with a sofa bed which was large. The bathroom was well equipped although there was no hair dryer which was disappointing. The radiator was stained red, which was slightly unsightly but nevertheless plenty of towels were provided and otherwise clean. The toilet was separate to the bath/shower and it seemed like it needed updating itself (tiles on floor), but we were happy overall with the space.

This hotel would be fantastic if the temperature was good in the rooms. Because the room-degree maximum was 22, the rooms didn't have toothbrushes, and some needed things in the bathroom (cold water instead of hot, a bathrobe, and slippers within it). We even asked the reception to do it 2-3 times, the food was quite good enough.

I use to stay regurarly in the hotel in the past and decided to go back. The first dissapointment was the room on first floor. Felt like a basement room with no light and a lot of noice during the night and early morning. I couldn't get a continuous sleep from the noise. After that not all the products in the bathroom were filled, like the body lotion was empty the whole instance, even though I complained at the reception at the mid of my stay. One evening I used the 24/7 room service and ordered a meal. After more than one hour waiting I cancelled it. I reported at the reception the next day. Considering the price, the service was below expectations and I think unacceptable considering the standards of novotel.

We have been coming here on business trips and do have the same warm reception every time. Great reception area, a coffee shop and a cool place to work on your laptop. The rooms are comfortable. They have a spa and gym. It is situated in a great Location. You are a 20 minute walk to the lake, some supermarkets around, and if you go left from the entrance and left again, you will reach a pedestrianized area full of restaurants. At the hotel, the concierge is open all night. If asking for the Geneva free transport pass, they now send you an email and once registered, you get an electronic bar code on your device. Handy to free exploration of the surroundings of Geneva. For free. To the hotel staff, thank you for looking after us so well, and for that lovely coffee and croissant on our departure.
