Cleaned Rooms, Good Breakfast NOT a 4 Star hotel but quite good. Eren is so lovely and really helpful, the good man in the good place! But 2 things really sucked: 1) every morning (5am!!)there s some noisy workers just in front of the window unloading trucks and without earpods its impossible to sleep! 2)the last day the receptionnist Abdurrahman call a Taxi and he said 900Tl. When I asked the taxi he didnt want to tell me the price. But the taxi get a message on his Whatsapp just in front of me from someone from Karakoy Haliç hotel (54 min from the airport so the same driving time than Manors hotel ) and he answered the Price is 450 Tl!! So be REALLY careful with them

The Manors Hotel was very clean, close to everything, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Eren, who made our stay there even more special. He is an amazing young man.

We missed our flight to Izmir and had to stay back in Istanbul. Saw this nicely lit hotel as we we walking the street with our luggages looking for a place to stay, and decided to give it a try. No regrets at all! The staff were friendly, our room was spanking new (hotel was only a week old) and we really love the interior. The Turkish breakfast buffet was very enjoyable as well. Have not a bad word to say about our stay!

I Reserved but they gave my room to others for a higher price !! . . I reserved by phone .. the next morning i took a taxi all the way from taksim with my family including two kids and all our luggage.. when we arrived they said sorry we made a mistake with the price which was 105 dollars and we should charge you 150 a night !!! I was really frustrated.. i mean you should've at least phone called me about this if this was really a mistake ... I said give me one night just to find another hotel.. but they refused. Later on i knew that they gave my room to others for a higher price. What a shame 😡

it's a new hotel (stayed in Dec 2022) had been open for 3 months. location is good its in a shopping area 4 tram stops to Aya Sophia. rooms are clean and decent size. breakfast was a good mix. low rating becuase the spa was still not open so we had no access to it during out 6 nights. had to use a spa at a nearby hotel and pay for it. the hotel did not take any steps to apologise or compensate for not having a service which actually determkned our reason for booking the hotel.
