Personally I consider the experience negative. On the day of check in I proceeded to contact the number indicated in the booking message via SMS (not present on Wa as indicated by them). Not getting a response, I proceeded with telephone contact, receiving a rather hasty response: I would have been contacted by a colleague via Wa for check in. An hour before the scheduled time still no contact received. I try to contact them by phone and via booking, without any response. I try to go to the place: no indicative plate (why??), no intercom with the name of the structure. In the end I manage to identify the floor through requests to some condominium owners of the building I met on the way out (I leave aside the comments they expressed) and to enter thanks to a guest who kindly gave me a further telephone contact. Bottom line: they said they didn't have my correct phone number. So my fault?? Too superficial in my opinion (I booked through an agency: not receiving a response to the messages they could easily have requested verification. Furthermore, the structure was not contactable in any way). Room not proportionate to the price: small, walls dirty, broken shower cubicle and mold inside. The area is good.

Good area, otherwise dirty room, with dust rolled into the corners, no support for suitcases, apart from the bed box. There is no courtesy kit, not even a container for toothbrushes and the tidying of the rooms is completely absent. Luckily we are in Rome, price not commensurate with the services.
