My fiancé and I stayed here as the first part of a multi-city business trip. We were booked for a different hotel but had to switch because of the poor quality. Habitat Monti was such a blessing in turning around what could have been an awful stay. We were lucky the Hotel had a cancellation we were able to snag. The staff allowed us to drop off our luggage the morning we checked in so we did not have to drag it around the city. When we checked in, the staff member at the desk signed us in, provided us with a map and gave us recommendations for the best sights and how to get to them. Security was excellent, with a key needed not only for our room, but also for our floor and for the building. Our room was small, but cozy and was stocked with water, snacks, and coffee and tea. We didn't spend much time in our room because we were out exploring, but we appreciated the proximity of the hotel to all of the popular attractions. They were all about 10 to 15 minute walks away. The day we checked out, they were gracious enough to allow us a later check out time to coincide with our travel needs and they helped us call a taxi. The service was phenomenal and we were both very pleased.

Worst experience i ever had in my life their room cleaning guys nose was 5 inches away from my punch as he literally walked into my room and ask me to get out even it was 5 mins to 11 am 🙄 and we were about to leave thats why my door was open and once you check in you are on your own no one ans call or msg manager called me ask me to give me Boucher 🤔then she disappeared

Centrally located and in a good neighborhood — Monti. About a 10 minute walk from Termini and 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Hotel is more like apartments with no front desk on site (yet), but access is explained through messages. You can purchase a breakfast option, which are vouchers to a nearby restaurant. I found both staff at hotel and restaurant very friendly. Room was very clean and mostly new. In room coffee machine and tea kettle, plus fridge. I would have liked a shelf under the sink to store my things however. I definitely would stay here again if I make my way back to Rome!
