I really enjoy this Marriott location. The mClub and Shade bar are great for quick bites, social dinners or somewhere to grab a quick drink. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The beds are comfortable and have decent size lounge chairs. Located right off I4 and very close to downtown. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants.

Where do I even begin. I travel over 200 days a year staying in only Marriott hotels and this might be the worst Marriott, for the price, I’ve ever stayed at. Start with the rooms. I was moved 3 separate times. Second time I was told the AC was fixed. It wasn’t. The AC doesn’t stay running. Which allows the room to heat up. The fans don’t stay on so you don’t get any noise and for being in Orlando the hotel doesn’t keep any fans to cool down your room. Don’t expect much if you’re an ambassador elite either. They will put you by the interstate every time so you have to listen to traffic every night. It’s awful. Zero stars if i could. Let’s go to the gym. Don’t try to workout. There cable machine was broken for 2 days so all you had was dumbbells n treadmills. For $400 a night this gym should have way more amenities. I’ve stayed at Fairfield’s with a better gym. Let’s move to the bar. Service was mediocre at best. Understaffed on 4/7 nights I stayed. They lack hustle. They also don’t have draft beer which blows my mind and they ran out of almost everything. Food gave one of my coworkers food poisoning too. Don’t order the dry rub wings. 1 star out of 5 Location. Location. Location. It’s not only right next to the interstate but a homeless underpass. Homeless people everywhere. You go east out of the hotel you hit a very sketchy, unsafe neighborhood. Something no one should encounter. Nothing is around there. Awful location. Zero out of 5. If you’re traveling for business or pleasure. Please read this and don’t make the same mistake I did. There’s several other Marriott hotels around this area that are a way better choice than this hotel. Do not stay here. Zero stars across the board!

I was in town due to the loss of my sister. My flight was cancelled so Spirit airlines provided this room. I was so full of emotion at check in I couldn't think straight. Iyana C. was so understanding. She made check-in a freeze. She told me about the amenities then provided me keys to my room. In the room was chamomile tea which was very helpful to relax my nerves. I will come back again.

Although we booked this hotel last minute we had to call and have our rooms changed not once but three times. First time because there was leftover food by whomever was staying before we checked in. Second time because the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. We tried decreasing the temperature so it could be cooler (temp was automatically hard set at 65.0 Fahrenheit). The room felt humid and mucky and warm. The third time same issue. The thermostat didn’t seem to work. The fan isn’t circling air through. It’s warm and mucky. Not worth the money, honestly. Overall cleanliness is a must. Sanitation is a must. Especially after the pandemic we went through. This hotel needs to meet the standards they claim they have.
