I placed a mobile order at 7:20 pm because the app said they close at 8 pm. I pulled up at 7:40 pm and the location was pitch black/locked with an “open” sign on the door 💀

The smoothie was blended too perfection and not soupy or watery like some other locations. Staff could be a bit more hospitable but overall I would return to this location. The food was prepared well and ready within minutes.

I’ll just be direct, I was completely shocked when I saw the price exactly 5 dollars more and reserved a child size drink I ordered the larger size $19.95 for a Caribbean jerk, chicken, and a smoothie. then when I approached the people and tried to get an explanation of why the price was so high, but such a small drink they argue, so I just asked for my money back and went to a different location. I do enjoy the tropical smoothie approximately once a week in different locations around the area. I’ll never be back to this one.
