When arriving, we were greeted by Arnel who was very welcoming and held our bags for us as we arrived early before check-in time. When we came back, he courteously put our bags in the room for us. We ended up being placed in a room next to reception which was quite loud, but after voicing our concerns to Arnel he was very understanding and moved us to a different room the next day. He also helped fix a toilet clog we had! Great service by Arnel.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and professional. I showed up a couple of hours earlier than my check-in time and expected to wait, knowing I was early. The gentleman at the front desk rearranged his priorities, quickly cleaned, and prepared a room for me and got me checked. I was blown away. The hotels location is perfect as you are walking distance to all of the major destinations in every direction and 1 block away from where the train stop is. Rooms are clean and quiet, adequately sized for a single traveler, and the AC is amazing!
