Worst hotel ever! It runs under 2 differnet names: Me Gustas and Hotel Paradise Vibes. I made a booking directly with the hotel via their hotel booking platform. The booking was confirmed and even reviewed by a personal reply from staff. Arriving late at night, the employee at the reception told me that the price which has been confirmed earlier was not valid and that he would have to charge me double. Despite confirmation I showed him, the employee and his supervisor on the phone did neither try to solve the situation and insisted on the higher rate, knowing I would not have many other options at midnight. Despite of that I left the hotel and can only recommend not to stay there, it's a rip off.

Items are terrible: - cheap, unbranded broth, even though it's only a few thousand - Old towel, white towel turns black and yellow - The air conditioner makes a beeping noise - no hair comb, no calligraphy oil Although the price is not cheap.

Bad experience at the hotel, will not return here. ESPECIALLY THERE ARE GHOSTS, you may believe it or not, but I have seen ghosts (should not be on high floors). Additionally, on December 3, the female receptionist acted unprofessionally and did not communicate respectfully to customers. The first room I received was a large room but very smelly, the sleeping area was narrow, the curtains on the outside looked thin, the water was weak, the air conditioner was weak. Room 2, where the staff changed my water, was still very weak. There is no car parking. The 5th floor is gloomy.

1. I booked a room at 11 p.m. When I arrived, the security guard kept my car key and sent it to deposit, but he didn't turn off the car in the morning when the car's battery was empty. The staff calls the security guard, the security guard calls the security chief, which is very time-consuming. The result is just to turn on the battery but not charge the battery. 2. Check-in said check-out at 10:00, but last time I called to remind them, but this time I didn't notify them more than 10 minutes in advance, so there is no charge. 3. Night security when picking up the car, I still love playing games. Not serious at all. 4. The air conditioner is 17 degrees but I sleep hotter than a fan. Unable to sleep, tossing and turning until morning. Lots of criticism, bad service and promise to never come back!!!!
