It was a lovely stay in December, in the middle of light-season. Really good location, easy to take taxis. The breakfast buffet was very variable and enjoyable. My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable

Really enjoyed my time here. The Level rooms are worth the cost- you get a dedicated breakfast area, and all day/night tapas and drinks. There's plenty of great options to chose from. The metro is about a 10 minute walk away. It is also very easy to get a taxi, and you could get just about anywhere in the city for around 10 euros. The room itself was quite nice; the only downside was it very hot in the room and the air conditioning was turned off for the year. All I could do was open the window and ask for a fan. My only complaint was there was some type of issue with the plumbing and the bathroom always seemed to smell like sewer gas. I noticed there was a bubbling sound in one of the drains, so something wasn't working right. I left the bathroom door closed, but it was still pretty gross to smell when walking in.

I loved my room. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Public transportation is accessible. No problems taking taxis, there is a taxi station next to the hotel. Initially, I used the bus and ubers, but the city taxi rates were similar. I enjoyed exploring the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, top quality service, amazing facilities, very good location. The breakfast is very good, they have the best cappuccino in Madrid, many options. Nice area for drinks on the ground floor. The only problem is the parking, it is very expensive, they give you a discount but doesn't work well, the parking is very narrow, makes it really hard to park and drive inside. The hotel is fully recommended, easy to reach any place in Madrid, very fancy area.
