The hotel is extremely unkempt. The bathroom ceiling shows severe mold infestation, resulting in an unpleasant, musty odor. It smelled like a moldy basement. Upon our arrival, the toilet had not been cleaned, so I had to request cleaning service from the reception. There were still stains on the toilet, such as fecal stains or similar. Additionally, there were urine stains on the edge of the bathtub, which was extremely unpleasant. Both the bathtub and the floor seemed to have never been cleaned. A wet towel that fell on the bathroom floor immediately became discolored. The staff member with blonde hair was unfriendly and unhelpful. Furthermore, the room was affected by an ant infestation. When I reported this to the reception, a cleaning staff member arrived after 2 hours with an insect spray and sprayed the skirting boards. Unfortunately, this had no effect as the poison did not reach the ant nests. Therefore, I had to buy and set up ant baits myself, which solved the problem after 2 to 3 days. Although we had booked a triple room with a sea view, no such room was available. However, we were only offered a twin room without a refund of the price difference for the costs. Although we were two people, the hotel demanded that we share one blanket meant for two. After persistent requests, they "exceptionally" provided us with a second blanket so that my wife and I each had one to sleep with.

Good friendly service. Nice clean pool to cool down in. Tasty breakfast. Easy check in and out. Easy to park near hotel. Nice balcony with a sea view. Free water and fridge. Option for room service. Air conditioning good and not too loud. Only bad points were that the shower head could be cleaner and the bed sheet was not that comfortable as it has a towel material (this seems to be a local thing though as we experienced it in other hotels too)

Horrible hotel! Not only the rooms are not clean, we had a dead rat (!!!!) In the bathroom pipeline and another live one that scratched the pipeline the whole night so we could sleep. The dead one obviously stank a lot and we could use the toilet/bathroom. When we talked to the staff and said there is a problem they automatically asked if it's the stink in the room so they clearly knew about the issue! Do not get anywhere close to this place!

✔Fantastic staff. Room was what is needed for a holiday, with a balcony which is great. Basic room, nothing special but standard ! Wifi worked great with high requirements from my work from home situation! Location is a 10-15 minute walk from center and 20 min walk to the port. You have two ways, one through a park and one through a commercial beach street (making it safe to walk back at night). Highly recommended and would go back again !
