The hotel is nice and the location is good with the tram to get into the old city. The only downside is the service which clearly needs to improve for a 4 star and at the price of the room. The breakfast is also very poor for the price.

We had to wait 2 hours before check in, room not done. Get 2 free drinks and upgrade room with additional 2 hours late check out. Sauna was good, breakfast was more than okay. Bed comfortable. Nice staff. Parking underground. However not many parking spots.

Just an brief overnight stay with my family. The location is perfect for a quick tram ride into the centre and the room and breakfast also equally great! Ali at reception was particularly welcoming and made my family and I feel special. Thanks Ali! The only slight downside was that the rooms cooling system was weak, so I could not get the room to my ideal temperature. Apart from that little gripe, it was wonderful and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.

Very very disappointed with their service. We checked in on the 24th of October and paid forward for two days. After three hours we had to leave due to a private situation. They told us we could get our money back if we sent a mail about the situation to Trip com (where we booked). So we left immediately, thinking it would be fine in the end. Now, more than one month later, they claim they don’t refund any money. Never again for us.
