Good location, right next to train station and rental cars. Walking distance to town and river. Rooms are showing signs of being tired, bathrooms functional but shower leaked leaving wet floor. Staff are lovely and really attentive, restaurant good and bar staff helpful! All round, good hotel and worth staying in for a stopover.

Overall a perfectly fine hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location is very close to the train station, but not easy to get to by car or metro.

Stayed a total of 6 days in two stays. During the first stay after the first night I was rung in the room and told to vacate the room, even though we were staying another three nights. I attended reception to sort the issue out. The final two nights of the last stay was in a superior room but was anything but superior. The two nights were separate bookings as I had to extend due to airline delays, I asked at the beginning of the first stay three weeks earlier to combine the two bookings, was assured this would be done. It was not done and after the first night I was asked to check in again, which I did. I was told that as the bookings were successive the 200 euro hold was cancelled and another 200 euro hold would be placed for the last night. My credit card would not connect so I went to the room andmy wife went down with her card. When she came back she told me a hold of 400 euros had been applied. Don't know why. In the superior room there is a sitting area that no lighting what so ever creating a very dark corner with a settee that is of no use for reading etc. I would imagine a simple floor lamp wouldn't stretch the budget too far.

We are a family of 3, and we stayed for a long weekend. The family room was large and spacious with great Nuxe amenities. We loved the old world glamour, the cosy bar area and most of all, the location. Right beside Perrache station we had easy transport access to the city and the Christmas markets were walkable. The team were all very friendly, warm and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a heritage property located within the transportation hub of Parrache. The station is just a stone throw away. Location-wise there is no convenience store in the immediate vicinity. However you can easily walk through the sub-way to the other side. Our room was big sized with comfortable beds and enough space for luggage. We were a family of three and were not crammed for space. A little more attention to the finishing would really help to elevate the grandeur of the building. Overall it was a good stay.
