Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to understand the process of getting access even though I arrived outside reception hours. Cleaning staff not all so well versed in understanding English, but helpful and kind when asked questions (yes, I got some extra bottles of hair and body soap after some charades 😅) Beds were superbly comfortable 👌 Over all a decent level of cleanliness and interior. The apartment I had was no room at the Ritz, but held well and above the 3 stars the hotel is showing. Over all a nice stay in my book. 👍

It was very nice stay! Best part is when you have a big family with toddlers and infants it’s a best place to stay!! Spacious, privacy, secure all we got here ❤️❤️

Location is very good, with Bakery across the road and supermarket nearby. 30 minute walk takes you to the Tourist Office at Bellecour Square. Apartment was also good compared to the rest of the hotel. Public areas and entrance are not too clean. There is no Housekeeping Service, as advertised. Guests are asked to leave apt tidy or be charged. Maybe they are short staffed. Reception Staff was efficient and helpful, but is open only during specific hours. Parking facility is a plus. The surrounding are is quit and we felt safe walking around. But Management has to address the uncleanliness of front entrance, elevator, carpets, lobby chairs and walls. Lobby becomes cramped with laundry and supply carts in the mornings. It all looks disorganized. We reserved because of place we needed to visit, but would not stay there again, sorry to say.
